The Office of Accessibility works collaboratively with the Office of Undergraduate Admission to offer admitted student sessions for students with disabilities and families who want to learn more about the accommodations process at the Fairfield University.

During these sessions, admitted students and their family members will have the opportunity to discuss the accommodation request process individually with an OOA staff person in a confidential break out room. These sessions are not presentations rather intended for admitted students and their families to meet individually with an OOA staff member to have their specific accommodation related questions answered.

These sessions are intended to be general information sessions regarding possible accommodations and the accommodation request process at Fairfield in order to help you with your college decision-making process. Unfortunately, specific accommodations for a student cannot be discussed or approved during these sessions; however, information that will be discussed during these sessions includes:
    • Requesting Accommodations through OOA
    • OOA’s Documentation Guidelines
    • Campus Life Accommodations
    • Other Campus Resources & Policies
